TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In the terms and conditions below the use of ‘us/we/our’ refers to Falcon Cricket Coaching throughout.

Holiday Camps

  1.  Inclement weather – We do not cancel our camp days due to bad weather and our coaches will be on hand to look after your children whatever the weather. As such, we are not able to offer refunds due to rain on any of our holiday camps.

  2.  Bookings – Any bookings onto our camps are only secured if paid for in advance and in full. We are unable to reserve places and have a limit to the number of bookings per day. Places on our camps are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

  3.  Cancellations – If you wish to cancel a booking, we must be notified at least 7 days in advance of the date booked, in order for you to receive a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we are notified less than 7 days before you are due to attend a camp day.

  4.  Illness/Injury – In the event of your child being ill or injured and missing camp days, we can provide a 75% refund for days missed, on receipt of an official doctor’s certificate/note.

  5.  Public Liability – Insurance is provided through the hosting club and the ECB qualified coaches, ensuring Falcon Cricket Coaching has fully insured camps.

  6.  Exclusion– We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any child prior to or during any course if, in our opinion, the presence of that child is incompatible with the well-being of others on the camp.  We take bullying and poor behaviour seriously and this will be dealt with appropriately, as soon as it is reported. If we have to contact you to ask to collect your child due to poor behaviour, we are not able to offer refunds for any time/days missed from the camps.

  7.  First Aid/Medical - All our coaches are first aid trained and are able to provide assistance should your child require it.  The emergency services will be called if further assistance is required.  Please ensure that any special requirements or allergies are notified on the booking form.  Our coaches are unable to administer medicines unless prescribed by a Doctor.

  8.  Lost Property – We accept no responsibility for the loss/damage of any items brought to our camps. A lost property box is provided and children are encouraged to always look after their equipment and items for the duration.

  9.  Promotional Photography - We may take promotional photos of our camps, for use on Falcon and cricket club websites and social media accounts. If you do not give consent for your child to be included in any photography, please indicate this to us in the information box when you complete your booking.

  10.  We reserve the right to amend, alter or cancel camp days in the event of low attendance or any other unforeseen circumstances. In this event, you will be notified with options of a refund or to move your booking to a different day.


1-2-1s

  1.  Cancellations – If you wish to cancel a booking where a venue has been booked by us, then we will require a minimum of 7 days notice, in order for you to be eligible for a full refund. If we receive notice of cancellation within 7 days, then any refund provided will exclude the cost of venue hire. For any other bookings where venues are not paid for hire, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a private booking and receive a full refund, for any bookings taken through our website.

  2.  Inclement weather – In the event of rain or severe weather, we will give as much notice as possible to postpone the session and look to re-arrange the session to a mutually convenient date. Should this not be possible due to a lack of coach availability, then a full refund will be provided.

  3.  Illness/Injury – In the event of illness or injury preventing a session from taking place, we will look to re-arrange to find a mutually convenient time. If re-arranging is not possible, then a full refund will be provided, on presentation of an official doctor’s certificate.


Birthday Parties

  1.  Cancellations – If you wish to cancel a birthday party booking, we require at least 7 days notice, in order to receive a full refund. If a venue has been pre-booked by us, then we may require more than 7 days notice to cancel this and be able to provide a full refund.                   Any materials, such as balls, bags, t-shirts etc that are ordered for a party, are non-refundable items. You have the right to keep these items ordered and we reserve the right to deduct these items from the amount to be refunded.

  2.  Inclement weather – In the event of severe rain, we will, as a last resort, cancel the party on the day. If less than 50% of the time has passed in the session, then we will look to either complete the session on the day, or re-arrange to a mutually convenient time. If more than 50% of the session has been completed, then we reserve the right to call off the remainder of the birthday party and are under no obligation to re-arrange the session to an alternative date.

  3.  Public Liability – Insurance is provided by through the lead coaches ECB CA membership, ensuring that our birthday parties are fully covered.
