Say hello to the Falcon Cricket Coaching team! All of our coaches are ECB qualified, with up-to-date First Aid, DBS and Safeguarding certificates.
Amongst our coaches you'll find plenty of enthusiasm, passion and experience, with many having coached to county age group standard and across a variety of ages and abilities. Our coaches love cricket and our priority is to make the sessions challenging and fun!
SIMON STEVENS
Head Coach
Simon has been coaching professionally since 2013 and has undertaken a variety of different coaching roles over his career. Simon is a Level 2 coach, who began his career at the MCC Academy. His coaching has diversified greatly to include experience with cricket clubs, London Boroughs, schools and counties. Simon's more recent coaching roles include:

MICHAEL PAYNE
Assistant Coach
Michael is a Level 3 coach who has maintained both a coaching career and a minor county playing career. Michael plays for Buckinghamshire CCC, having represented and captained the county for a number of years, as well as appearances for Unicorns First Class XI, MCC and Middlesex County Pathway teams.
Michael has coaching experience across all ages, with roles at club and county level. Michael's more recent coaching roles include:

BEX TYSON
Assistant Coach
Bex is another of our Level 2 coaches who maintains both a playing and coaching career. Bex is part of the Hertfordshire Women's squad, having represented both them and Hertfordshire at age group level. She also plays for Bishop's Stortford Women and Leverstock Green Men's teams.
Bex has experience of coaching across all ages and abilities. Her current coaching roles are:
